Bag Swap Cycle

  1. Fold In — Frame closes, full bag drops by gravity
  2. Clip — Frame clips new bag edge from roll
  3. Fold Out — Frame opens to 135°, new bag ready

Gravity Seal

Drawstring bags cinch closed under their own weight when released — no extra actuator needed. The sealed bag drops behind the robot for curbside collection.
